Account Summary Graphs

What is Activity Histogram?

This is a graph that shows you the different referrals occurrences of clicking every 1, 2, 3 ... 14 days.

For example let's read the above graph:
- 24% occurrences of clicking every day
- 18% occurrences of clicking every 2 days
- 14% occurrences of clicking every 3 days
- 11% occurrences of clicking every 4 days
- And so on, I hope you find it useful

Note: for mathematicians they may recognize this as something called probability mass function from statistics

What is Current Last Click Days?

This is a graph that shows you the different current referrals last click days whether 1, 2, 3 ... 14 days.

For example let's read the above graph:
- 22% of the referrals have last clicks yesterday
- 15% of the referrals have last clicks 2 days ago
- 14% of the referrals have last clicks 3 days ago
- 8% of the referrals have last clicks 4 days ago
- And so on, I hope you find it useful

What is Last 7 Days Clicks?

This is a graph that shows you the different current referrals (Without the recycled ones) clicks made in the last seven days.

For example let's read the above graph:
- 28.92% have no clicks in the last 7 days
- 41.57% have made clicks between 1 and 4 in the last 7 days (Determined by the AVG limits in the options)
- 29.52% have made clicks more than 4 in the last 7 days

What is Last 7 Days Profit?

This is a graph that shows you the different current referrals (Without the recycled ones) profit made in the last seven days.

For example let's read the above graph:
- 35.88% of the overall profit is loss due referrals losing more than 100% in the last 7 days
- 8.10% of the overall profit is loss due referrals losing between 0 and 50% in the last 7 days
- 39.46% of the overall profit is gain due referrals gaining more than 100% in the last 7 days
- And so on, I hope you find it useful

Note: In the analysis settings, the slider of start date of the calculation and the extension days, affect the last two graphs which is logical .

CALCULATE YOUR DAILY INCOME AND EXPENSE

CALCULATE YOUR DAILY INCOME AND EXPENSE

Daily Income:
[(# of rented refs clicks) x (ref earnings per click)]
+
[(# of direct refs clicks) x (ref earnings per click)]
+
[(# of your clicks) x (your earnings per click)]
=Total Income

Daily Expense:
[(days renewing) / 30 x (1 - discount%) x (cost of 1 ref per month)
= (answer then needs to be round off to two decimal places)
x
(# of referrals) / (days renewing)]
=(renewing costs of all refs per day)
+
[(total yearly membership cost) / 365]
+
(recycling cost)
=Total Expense

Net Profit = (total income) - (total expense)

For example: golden membership
with 325 rented refs renewing at 240 days
with a 0.7 avg (325x0.7=227.5 clicks)
and 150 clicks from direct refs:

Daily income:
(227.5 clicks x 0.01)
+
(150 clicks x 0.005)
+
(9 clicks x 0.01)

Total income = $3.115

Daily expense:
[240 / 30 x (1 - 0.30) x 0.21
= 1.18 (rounded to two decimal places)
x
(325/240)]
Renewing cost = $1.598
+
(90/365)
+
(recycle cost)
Total expense = $1.844

Daily Net Profit (2.021-1.094) = $1.094

BREAK EVEN AVERAGE

BREAK EVEN AVERAGE

break-even point (BEP) is the point at
which cost or expenses and revenue are equal:
there is no net loss or gain, and one has "broken even".
A profit or a loss has not been made, although
opportunity costs have been paid, and capital has
received the risk-adjusted, expected return.

Basically if your break even avg is 1.4

For example:
With 20 rented referrals you will need
an average of 28 clicks every day to break even.

(28 / 20 = 1.4)

With 20 referrals that means an average
of 28 clicks or more from your referrals
each day you're in profit for the days
owning the refs.

About recycling:
If the current recycling policy is
not working time to adjust and make changes.

It's better to avoid static/strict rules
like recycling after X days of inactivity
and/or below Y average are not the best
thing you can do, because is like believing
that all of your referrals will behave the
same way.

Keep detail track of clicking stat/data
daily so you can study the refs behavior better.
It is easier to make a recycling decision
when you can see if a ref is clicking
in a profitable way or not.

Look at your referrals as a team.
As long the overall performance from all the referrals
keeps the account above BEP and in profit then you're in good shape.

There willl be some refs clicking above average,
some refs around the normal average,
some refs below average, and some
refs with 0 clicks...

Some examples:

Usually avoid recycling 0 clickers or new refs
give them at least 5 day or until you have
some clicking data from them to judge with.

If the refs haven't click for some times
and close to the free recycling days
(14 days of 0 clicks for std & golden members)
you may let the system replace it free for you on the 15th day
(just make sure the refs are not locked).

The more rented referrals clicking data collected the better
it may help you to determine if they are clicking in a profitable
pattern/behavior or not for your account.

Lets look at an example of a referral that is 5 weeks old:

4403044 = 19 clicks, avg = (19/7) = 2.71

0040004 = 8 clicks, avg = (8/7) = 1.14

0000040 = 4 clicks, avg = (4/7) = 0.57

0000004 = 4 clicks, avg = (4/7) = 0.57

Last week
0000030 = 3 clicks, avg = (3/7) = 0.428

Total clicks = 38
Overall average = (38 clicks / 35 days) = 1.085

Notice that the overall average is still
pretty high but during the last 3 weeks
the ref is not clicking well.

If your account is in profit you can be more
patient and give this ref a bit more time or else
3 or 4 clicks every week is not a
very profitable pattern and maybe
time to recycle this refs.

There are many more examples but
what matters the most is if you keep track
of the historic clicking data for some times
whenever you have doubt about a specific ref
you can always look them up to see how
they have been clicking and then decide if
they need to be recycled or not.

MANAGING REFERRALS AND AVERAGES FOR STANDARD MEMBERS

MANAGING REFERRALS AND AVERAGES FOR STANDARD MEMBERS

The more days you renew referrals
the lower the average is needed to break even.

For standard member with 1~250 rented referrals the
break even average  renewing:

15 days = 1.333
30 days = 1.267
60 days = 1.200
90 days = 1.089
150 days = 1.000
240 days = 0.933

For standard member with 251~300 rented referrals the
break even average renewing:

15 days = 1.467
30 days = 1.333
60 days = 1.267
90 days = 1.156
150 days = 1.053
240 days = 0.983

For example:
with 50 refs the BEP is 1.200
that means 50 x 1.2 = 60 click are
needed on average each day for
a period of 60 days.

About recycling:

Neobux Strategy 1

I've seen the worst account management in NeoBux history.
We're have I seen it? Everywhere.

So, either you like it or not, I'm here to teach you about account management.
In this first class, we'll be learning how to recycle.

So, grab a seat, a mug of coffee and read on...

Recycle: This is the most powerful tool you can have to enhance your earnings.
It's so powerful that is being completely misused.

Let's start with the story behind the recycling process...
Whenever you recycle a referral, you get a new one. No surprises here.
The referral that got fired, isn't tossed to the lions. After 15 days of being recycled, if his/her activity is back on the general rule of 10 clicks in 5 days, that user goes back to the rental distribution and can be rented or exchanged by another user again.
My in-depth analysis shows that 61% of the recycled referrals are indeed good users after those 15 days (I don't count the solitary days).
This clearly shows that many users are being recycled like crazy.

There are many types of people in this world and yes, like in Noah's Ark, we have a couple of each species.

There are the excellent clickers: A good and hard-working user who religiously never misses a day of clicking. These are hard to find, especially when they have no referrals to work for.

There are the once-upon-a-time clickers: We can easily divide these in two groups: The ones that click every other day (either because they click twice in a day or because they share an account) and the ones that click half (or about) the minimum advertisements available (also account sharing takes place as many daily normal activities people have with friends and family).

There are the never-never clickers: These are the funny ones. They register but either never login or login but never click. These mostly come from referral's exchange and are here just to look at the funny pretty colors.

There are click-and-got-tired clickers: These ones click on the first day(s) and then, all of the sudden, they get tired. Usually, it's not a wrist strain or a non working mouse but the deception of seeing only 1 cent per click. Daddy always gives them more as an allowance.

There are the I-got-my-wife/mother-in-law/dog/boss on my back ones: These are the folks you see in the street rushing to work in the morning and getting home late at night. They do try to click but fail sometimes because there's something else more important to do.

There are the crazy ones: These are classified as miscellaneous behavior individuals... you never know what they'll do next.

So, after this mini classification, you'll see that everyone has their own life and ambitions.
We have hundreds of users daily requesting us to reopen their accounts because they've been suspended because of being inactive for more than 30 days. Besides the usual hospitalization justification, the second one is always "I got scammed in PTC nr 195782 or in PTC nr 840932.
This means that a bad clicker or inactive user can become an excellent one or, sometimes, it's just the other way around.

This leads me to the account management itself.
Most users recycle referrals as they were part of the same religion or soccer team. Trust me, they're not!
There is no "this works for everyone" strategy. No universal solution for the good management mystery. But, there is something that you can do in your account that you do each day in numerous situations in your life: judge!
You take a walk down the street and you see people, right? Either you like it or not, you judge them. But, until you know them, you judge them based on pre-defined ideals. You separate them by sex, weight, hair color, etc. How many times have you classified someone as bad and got to be their friend and enjoy their company?
Referrals are people too... and most of you keep making the same mistakes over and over again as you do in real life.
Get to know your referrals better. Try to imagine each one as a person and analyze their clicking behavior. This will lead you to understand if they're just playing around or really want to be good users but can't.
One by one is a hard task for those who many referrals... I never said it would be easy.
Like being a boss of a 3 people company is way easier than being a boss for a multinational factory with thousands of workers. The more you have, the more you have to work.

And now, let's take a quick look at the free recycle.
It's good, right? Free is always nice.
But, here free can cost you... a lot! Many users use this free recycling as a way of saving but, most of them are not saving but losing in the end.
It's very simple. You rent a referral for $0.20 (example). This means that for 14 days, this referral cost you around $0.10, correct?
So, are you letting him be paid for doing nothing for 14 days and get a new one for free or are you going to recycle him/her?
In the first option, while you don't pay a thing to have that referral recycled, you've lost $0.10.
If you've recycled him/her in the first place, you'd only lose $0.08 and would have 14 days where most likely the new user would have clicked some advertisements thus making you earn.
See the difference? Think about it.

Please, don't stare and drool at other users statistics.
You're as good as they are.
You have the tools and you need to use them.
Referrals are real persons... active, lazy, caffeine addicted and sometimes ugly.
So, waste a little more time. You'll be working towards a better goal: your profit.

Hope these tips will enlighten you on how to optimize your management.
Happy earnings!
